 But let’s see what’s under the hood of Club Player Casino, and if the games RTG generously provided them with do deliver — spoiler alert, they do!

Slots

This is your big daddy of Club Player Casino. It’s really primarily a slot casino, so this is what most of their casino games will be. And with over 100 slots to their name, Club Player casino did make sure to pick the good ones. They all look, sound and play excellently. 

And since this is their main trade, they do update this section of their casino often, with new games coming regularly.

And before I share with you my picks for the slots you need to check out, I’ll also mention that they have many progressive jackpots. Now, let me share which slots I enjoyed, so you don’t need to list through all of the ones on offer:

Live Casino Games

Sadly, this is yet another online gambling establishment that cares very little for live dealer games. As such, Club Player Casino has no live games to offer. I hope this changes, but I’m not optimistic.

Banking

There aren’t many banking options, but at least they accept Bitcoin and Litecoin. So, that’s nice. Besides them, you can also make your deposits with your classic credit cards. But something that was quite worrying to see was the extremely low deposit limit of just $100.

Let’s get into the nitty-gritty of this, shall we?

Deposit options

As I said, for deposits, you can use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express, on top of the cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin and Litecoin. But, there is a huge difference in one area — max deposit allowed. For credit cards, this is only $100. 

Of course, as a VIP player, you can ask for a higher limit, but this is still a bad look IMO, limiting the players’ deposit amount to such a meager one while allowing crypto users to go as far as $99999.

The minimum amount is $30 for all deposit methods, so at least there’s some consistency here. 

Withdrawal options

When you go to withdraw money from your account, you’ll come face-to-face with a whole other beast. First, they are usually very slow, so if you’re not known for your patience, bad times await you.

 And you might think a week at most might be the time you’ll need to wait. Oh, my sweet summer child. You’ll have to probably wait for a month and a half to get that money from your account. And this isn’t just for normal banking/credit card options, there have been reports of this being the case for crypto users.

The withdrawal limits are set to $2000 for all options, which are quite slim, offering only Bitcoin (min payout $100), Bank Wire (min payout $200) and via Check (min payout $300). And only Bitcoin doesn’t have fees, with Bank Wire and Checks having from $10 to $50 fees. 

This just keeps getting “better”… doesn’t it?

Loyalty Program

Like many online casinos, the loyalty program at Club Player Casino is meant to incentivize you to stay and play at this casino. But this is an invite-only club, but you can “bypass” this restriction if you simply make a $500 deposit, in one go. 

For your “sacrifice” you’ll get some nice special bonuses and insurance on losses that the non-VIP Club Player casino players can only dream of. 

• Bronze

A bronze-level chip when you first become a VIP. For every $1000 wagered, you earn 1 complementary point to help you reach the next tier. There’s also a 15% insurance on monthly losses.

• Silver

A silver-level chip upon welcome. For every $800 wagered, you earn 1 complementary point and there’s now a 20% insurance on monthly losses.

• Gold

As you get to more serious tiers, the bonuses and perks become better. You’ll get a gold-level chip upon welcome and now for every $500 wagered you get 2 complementary points so you can reach the Platinum tier faster. The insurance on monthly losses is now 30%, and you’ll also get some tailor-made bonuses.

• Platinum

The penultimate tier. You’ll get a platinum-level chip upon welcome and for every $500 you wagered, you now get a staggering 5 complementary points. 

The insurance on monthly losses is still at 30%, but besides tailor-made bonuses, you also now get a higher table limit in games, a higher weekly payout limit and a personal account manager. Kinda nice, not gonna lie.

• Elite

The penultimate tier. You’ll get a platinum-level chip upon welcome and for every $300 you wagered, you now get a staggering 5 complementary points. The insurance on monthly losses is now higher, with it sitting at 40%. 

And you get all the fancy tailor-made bonuses from previous tiers, but you also now get a personal account representative as well. Plus, even higher table limits in games and higher weekly payout limits.

But is it worth it tho? I would say no, as the casino as a whole is just not up to par with some of the other online casinos on the market. And while the last few tiers look nice, getting to them is a real pain and will set you back a pretty penny.

Customer Support

Not great. It has all your standard options an online casino offers its users to get in touch with support. But live chat while the best still caused more headaches than not. 

Their email, help@clubplayercasino.com did respond fairly quickly, but I wouldn’t suggest trying to dial them at + 18662363470 as there seems to be something wrong with their system, asking for a PIN number that you don’t get, from anywhere. 

So, if you have issues, use live chat or email and hope someone has a competent answers.

Conclusion

This is just a poor casino. There are some good parts. Club Player Casino does offer some of the best bonuses to existing players I’ve seen so far. They also have a dedicated mobile app, apart from offering your standard instant play option as well. 

The games catalog supplied by RealTime Gaming is also good, but it lacks variety. And their loyalty program and customer support are semi-decent.

However, when we look at the negatives, some of them may look like nitpicks, but some are clear red flags.

The lack of non-slot games may not be an issue for all, but if you desire anything besides RealTime Gaming slots, then Club Player Casino has a limited game selection that won’t tickle your interest. Payment options and withdrawal methods are lacking, and the limitations to how much you can deposit and withdraw also aren’t to my liking. 

It just looks like they’re forcing you to use cryptocurrencies instead of using your bank account/credit cards. And the last non-red flag complaint would be the abysmal welcome package. It just doesn’t draw me to choose Club Player Casino over some of the other, better, online casinos out there.

But I want to finish this with my red flags.

First, I dislike casinos not having a clear sign of what license (if any) they have. Club Player Casino claims in their FAQ they possess a license, yet none is mentioned or even shown. This is a massive question mark in my mind, and I don’t like the secrecy surrounding it.

Next, some of the complaints I’ve read are worrying. Unpaid winnings? This is just not something you ever want to hear an online casino doing. No matter what other issues they have, paying your customers is the most crucial aspect of at least a working online casino. If you don’t do that, then it’s just fraud.

So, all-in-all, I would suggest you skip this online casino and perhaps look at one of the other, better ones on the market, that at least won’t deny you your winnings.
